RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Items being returned must be in the original unused, unworn, unmodified condition as it was shipped to you.  We'll be glad to accept your return & refund payment within 30 days of receipt of item. For returns received day 31-45, we'll be glad to issue a merchandise credit.

Please notify us of return/exchange via email. You will be given a ‘Return Authorization’ number (RA) to be put on the outside of your package. If within refund time frame, please note reason for refund, received damaged, too big, not as expected, etc. In the event of an exchange, please note reason for exchange and what you are exchanging for.

 

Return shipping costs cannot be refunded and are the responsibility of the recipient. All returned merchandise must be insured. If items are not insured and it gets lost and doesn’t make it back to us, we cannot give you a refund. We cannot give refunds until after we receive the merchandise and it is inspected. Any unauthorized return, (meaning sending a package back without an RA number), will incur a 20% re-stocking fee.

 
ITEMS NOT COOL FOR REFUND/EXCHANGE:
You will not receive a refund or exchange after the 45 day return/exchange period has elapsed or if an item has been damaged by you. Example: You dropped the item and it shattered/broke, or you cut it while opening the package, etc. We are not responsible for mis-use, mis-handling or any other actions attributable to the purchaser and or carrier. (US Post Office).

Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is nonrefundable. We cannot accept items that are used or altered by the consumer. Please allow up to three weeks for processing.

Return/Exchange from outside the contiguous USA
